About me.
Hey, I'm Kimmy and have been a PT for over 3 years. I used to be a chef for 15 years and after working in New Zealand for 7 of those I realised I wanted a career change. I moved back to England where I am originally from and during lockdown I retrained as a personal trainer as I realised that helping people and movement are my passion.

I used to be a gymnast when I was younger and have always been into cycling, swimming and any activity that keeps me moving. Now with a dog in my life, walking has become a massive part of my day and having stamina to help me through is great.

I train because it helps my mental health, keeps me calm and I just enjoy the feeling of lifting heavy things. I love seeing people leave the gym with a big smile on their faces, especially if they've walked in feeling a little down. Exercise can change your whole day and I love being a part of that for someone.

I'm 40 in 2025 and know this is the age when you start to lose muscle. I want to make sure I can live the next 40 years just like I have my first 40, with lots of movement and being as pain free as possible (although who didn't wake up on their 30th birthday with a bad back??).

I love meeting new people from all cultures, ages and backgrounds. Get in contact today!
